- Yes, with pain: saw-cut or overhead. Cheaper to decide before the pour.
- Water lines underground too?
- When the design puts them there. Many houses keep water overhead. The drawings win.
- Rain on inspection day?
- Trenches and tests still have to be legal. We reschedule rather than fail on purpose.
