Tankless Water Heater Installation in the South Bay
Going tankless for the first time? Send the model you want and photos of the current tank location.
Schulze Plumbing Inc. provides Tankless Water Heater Installation in the South Bay / Los Angeles County area. See cities we serve or call 310-487-2975.
A first-time tankless install is a system change. Gas units often need a larger gas line, concentric or stainless venting, and a condensate path. Electric whole-house tankless units can demand electrical service that a tank never used.
Outdoor wall-hung units are common on South Bay remodels. Indoor units need combustion air and manufacturer clearances. We will not hang a unit on a gas line that cannot feed the BTUs.

- We follow up to confirm access, scope, and whether permits or other trades may be involved.

- After you approve, we schedule the job.
FAQ
- Will tankless fix a long wait at a far bathroom?
- Not by itself. That wait is the pipe volume. Recirculation is the usual add if wait time is the complaint.
- Do I need to pick the brand first?
- It helps. Different brands have different vent kits. We can also propose a unit that fits the gas you have.
- Is permitting included?
- Permits depend on the city and the scope. We discuss them on the estimate rather than publish a fee here.
