Roof Drain Replacement in the South Bay
Ceiling stains under a roof drain, or a crumbling drain bowl? Request a replacement estimate.
Schulze Plumbing Inc. provides Roof Drain Replacement in the South Bay / Los Angeles County area. See cities we serve or call 310-487-2975.
Replacement is for cracked bowls, failed gaskets, and leaders that rusted through a chase. Cleaning a drain that is broken only buys time until the next rain.
We coordinate so a roofing warranty is not voided by a random saw cut.

- Yes — we check. Leaves and gravel are common. This page is for when the drain itself is failed.

- Common in older commercial buildings. Replacement may be a chase-opening job.
- Emergency rain event?
- Call. Temporary protection may be the first step; replacement is the lasting one.
